Schenn fic, Part 2!
Brayden
My names Addee Lynn. I’m 18 years old. And I fell completely in love with Brayden Schenn over the school year.
I heard a muffle knock on my door, then the screech of it opening.
“Addee? Are you dead or asleep? It’s 3 in the afternoon.”
My mother reminded me of the mom from the movie RV. Always perky but had
so many blonde moments that could happen all at once you wouldn’t even
notice it. She picked up a few dirty clothes on my floor and tossed
them into a basket she was holding on her hip. “I made you some
lunch…or in your case breakfast.”
After I gulfed down my
breakfast hot dog, I took a very long shower going through two cycles
of hot water. My fingers and toes looked worst than raisins once I got
out. I barely had any feeling in my finger tips! I flipped open my
phone to find I had a missed call from Brayden. I hit the call button as
I laid down on my bed still wrapped in my wet towel. I smiled when I
heard his voice.
“Therees my girl. Whats your plans for the weekend?”
“Hm. Sounds like I’ll be spending it with you.”
“My uncle has a cabin down at the Oak River. He said me and some
friends could use it while he was visiting his parents, but of course
it’d be just you and me.”
“How would I ask my mom? She wouldn’t let me go if it was just me and you.”
“Say Emilee’s coming too. Or that it’s a bunch of people from school going
for graduating. I gotta go though, my apartments a mess and my parents
are gonna be here in an hour. I’ll pick you up at 9 tomorrow morning,
so be ready. Love you.”
My parents actually fell for the plan
of there being a bunch of kids going down to Oak River for a graduation
party. I felt this weekend was gonna be one of the best weekends I’ve
ever had. So I had to live it to the fullest.
I packed light. Only
a bathing suit, sweatshirt, and comfortable clothes to be in. The cabin
was surrounded by water and trees. Other houses were more than 5 miles
away. So no need to try and look nice.
Sleeping was a challenge for
me, I was so excited to leave! I watched the clock until it was 1 am,
but then I finally fell asleep to the sound of the chains on my fan
clacking against each other.
It was already starting off good when I woke up.
sorry it’s so short!
